canvas mcp

lets claude use canvas, the platform a lot of universities run their classes on. students can ask about grades, assignments, quizzes, files and the calendar instead of clicking through tabs. instructors can create courses and assignments, grade, and enroll people. it ships as separate student, instructor and admin servers in docker, plus a small claude cli to talk to them.
